Coronavirus and Food Hygiene
As well as having my level 2 Food Hygiene certificate I have also studied the governments guidelines on food safety in respect of COVID19.
I adhere to strict sanitary conditions when purchasing, preparing and serving food and have always been a frequent hand washer prior to the pandemic.
Social distancing measures will be in place. I ask my guests to respect the 2m distancing and to refrain from shaking hands with the chef. If anyone is showing symptoms of the virus up to 72 hours before the event you must let us know straight away.
Please ensure you have adequate hand washing facilities in the kitchen and the guest bathrooms.
With all that in mind I think there is no safer place to be than in your own home with the people you love....an even better reason to hire a private chef!!
