How it all works!
Once you have chosen your perfect menu and we've set a date you can sit back and relax!
Your personal chef will do all the preparations prior to arrival at your home. We will arrive 1 hour before your event to set up and finish of any 'a la minute' cooking. Each course is plated and served to your dinner table. We also do all the clearing and washing up leaving your kitchen spotless!
Chabichou goats cheese toasts (warm)- marinated beetroot - watercress - walnuts - honey vinaigrette
Wild mushroom veloute - truffle oil - garlic croutons
Smoked trout fishcakes - Dill and cornichon mayo - rocket salad
